# Contact

The most useful thing you can send is a primary source. If a score is wrong, point at the document that contradicts it and the row changes, publicly, with the correction logged in the changelog.

## How to reach us

- **Form endpoint:** `POST https://hardyindex.com/api/contact` with a JSON body of `name`, `email`, `subject` and `message`. It replies `{"ok":true}` on success.

## What gets answered first

- **A correction with a source.** A primary document that contradicts a published score. These are read first and published in the changelog, including corrections to our own errors.
- **A chain we have missed.** The index rates layer-1 blockchains. The scope boundary is set out at https://hardyindex.com/about.md.
- **A rating challenge.** If you think a score has been influenced by a commercial relationship, say so and we answer publicly. See https://hardyindex.com/how-we-make-money.md.
- **Press and research enquiries.**

## What does not move a score

No chain, foundation, exchange or issuer can pay for coverage, placement, a tier or an expedited assessment, and there is no arrangement on offer. Marketing material is not a primary source. A score moves when the evidence moves, which is set out in full at https://hardyindex.com/methodology.md.
